A product that has great features, but misses 2-3. Hopefully, these will be seen in a near update. The great features are the wireless power bank - you're not able to use it unless the device is first turned on, thus you can't just place your device on it and have it charge, as you have to wait until the light on the side flashes green. Charges an iPhone fairly quickly - displays on phone what time is expect to be completed. Depending what you do or if your phone stays on, like latest model, this time fluctuates, I.e lates item at 70% states up to a 7-8 hour charge. This is why I use these items overnight for charging, and the day for a quick charge up or if the power goes out. The device is very smooth comfort to handle, just don't have a slippery hand when holding it. The device can feel heavy if lugging around with you all day, hopefully, Cygnett will fix this in the future too. I believe the Apple MBP isn't chargeable with this item unless a USB-MBP PLUG is used. It would be nice to see external HDD power support for these power banks, as when the direct building power is off you could still use it. The other thing needed is either a % display or MAH display, instead of 4 blue light dots - not sure if each dot represents a 25% balance, and if so, that current dot could be at a level between each number, I.E 1-24%, 26-49%, 51-74% or 76-99%, but I'm never sure. But because a digital number or MAH LEVEL would be more precise, I'd be able to see straight up the power level. If the battery is low or empty, it can be best to charge it before bed and leave it overnight as it takes several hours to charge. The USB ports tell you that they're for use without 'out' labelled above them, as well as what the power outage is for the plugs. If you have several items to charge, something maybe needed to be charged quicker than others, so this will let you know - more is merrier, but if you can charge multiple at once that's another great feature. Other than this, it's a great item to have for a long spare power supply for your iPhone/iPad.

Works well except the wireless charging is very finicky and sometimes stops charging after 10 mins or so
