“This company is not very customer friendly. My shipment was sent to an old address, and yes it was a auto-fill error which I missed but I brought it to the attention of this company before the item was shipped and they refused to stop the delivery nor contact the shipper until days later when it was too late .. they actually suggested that I camp out at my previous address and "steal" the package back after it was delivered to my old address ... Once they eventually gave in and contacted UPS to channge the delivery it had already beed delivered.”
