“The kilts, as usual, are a great product. Two different color and weights. Both quality. However, be aware that your kilts may ship separately (and via different methods), and you will only get tracking information for the first one. I had or ship FedEx, the other USPS, only received the info for FedEx. And since that package got here 2 days faster, I spent a couple of days thinking I was only shipped one kilt.
Why did I think I only received one? Because, on top of only having info on one shipment, DNKE’s customer service is Damn Near Unresponsive. It’s now been a week since I first emailed them, and have had zero reply, outside of an automated response saying they’d were having delays responding, and would reply within 3-4 business days (which is the same automated reply I got when I emailed them last year about a different issue).
In conclusion - DNKE makes a great product, at a good price, but their customer service leaves something to be desired.”
“Wasn't expecting them in 2 separate packages spaced apart but they both arrived well packaged and beautiful. My one discrepancy is the latch on the buckles is extremely sharp and needs to be filed down. Otherwise great feeling and color with good materials and put together very well.”
