“The product i received didn't match the pictures or description on the website; the kilt is secured around the waist with cheap snap buttons, not the buckles as advertised. This is a problem because I disliked the snaps from my previous purchase and bought this kilt solely for the buckles. The way the snaps are arranged give a clearly asymmetric and lopsided look.
On top of this issue, I received a clearly incomplete product, as the bottom snaps are missing from the kilt entirely. And while a set of snaps were generously left in a pocket of the kilt, the set is incomplete. It lacks the backings I see when I look at the snaps that come pee installed on both my kilts.
One thing I liked about my last kilt was the simple DKME on the flap of the back pocket. This kilt has an extra Damn near kilt 'em™ phrase stiched on the flap of the front cargo pocket, which looks ridiculous.
I received a vastly inferior product to what I got last time, and on top of that I was lied to about what I was getting. So there's no reason to buy from here again when I can get neither quality nor consistency.”

“One of the pocket snap rivets popped on day #2 after delivery; I emailed them explaining the issue and the responded with two hours (on a Saturday) with an apology and return label.
Returning the product was easy and a replacement was shipped out as soon as they received the original. Communication throughout was excellent.
While I was disappointed in my original kilt, the customer service response was as good as I could have expected. So far, all of the snaps on the replacement are still intact after 3 days and counting…”
“Ordered my first kilt and paid the 10.00 for fast delivery. Came in in 4 days. Order another and paid the 10.00 fast delivery fee and haven’t received my purchase and it’s been a week. Not sure what the delay is this time. Felt it should have been delivered as quickly as the first. Hopefully I will receive my purchase in the next day or so. A little disappointed.”
