“The exam needs to focus on the safety procedures taught and not have as much emphasis on corporate and Z462 beurocratic paperwork that may not apply to most work situations .”

“I thought the course itself was good but I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I was not told in the beginning of the exam and having to pass with an 80 in 2 tries. This should have been explained in the beginning, also the fact that I had to pay for the course twice was not acceptable. I should have had to redo it but I should not have been charged again, very disappointed”
