the course its self is ok there is no support on the weekend or at night which could have put me in a real bind

This is a great tool and service. It has made training simple, effective and it is also very reliable. Customer service has also been super helpful whenever I have had challenges with the site - which was not very often. They are responsive and detailed. I would recommend this tool and the company to anyone who needs an affordable, reliable and scalable training tool.

Danatec has been our provider for on-line training for many years. The programs have evolved but during the changes my learners have experienced many difficulties logging on and using this platform. The two main issues are: *no support after regular business hours *poor/no instructions on using new platform with difference operating systems Now that we have worked the bugs out of the new systems, everything seems to be working much smoother.
