“I took the course a couple of weeks ago; completed the test and passed; just when I was searching for the print button to print off the certiface, the screen went blank - not sure if I lost everything or my internet went down as soon as I completed the course - I did receive a call-back on Tuesday but could not take the phone due to being in meetings.
