the order did not arrive although the status was changed to "delivered". i then contacted support. they told me that they had made a mistake with the delivery, that they were sorry and that i would therefore receive 20% off the next order.
after the money was credited back to my card, i wanted to place the order again. but now, after deducting the 20%, the product still costs more than the order that did not arrive. as a customer, i am therefore very dissatisfied.
