“Very poor customer service. I received the watch in a plastic cover instead of a watch box, and it was shipped in terrible packaging. This is not worth the money I paid. Who would ship a watch in a flimsy plastic cover instead of a proper watch box? When I contacted customer service to request the watch box or a replacement, I didn't receive any resolution. The responses were delayed and I still haven't received any solution for the inconvenience I have gone through. This is really not worth the money I paid for this watch. Now I’m stuck with the damaged watch without the watch box. I will never recommend this brand to anyone”
