“Item was out of stock in the warehouse although showing in stock on the website. I got a refund but the refund was less than I paid after the currency conversion. Customer service unhelpful - I couldn't change my order to something that was in stock, had to get a refund and do a new order. The whole process took over two weeks to not get a watch.”
