“The watch itself is beautiful. The clasp felt stiff almost cheap, but that could be me comparing it to my DW watch from 9 years ago which is smooth and easy to clasp. My watch arrived not working and customer service’s only solution was to have me return it for a refund. I had already jumped through hoops to get the promotional discount and when I asked about it, they stopped responding. So I wish I could say more about the watch, but I didn’t order another.”
