“As complained via email, the watch is loose whenever my mom wears it as one was for her and one was for my sister. Yes we tried adjusting it but no luck. Thus overall I'm not happy so is my mom, becuase my mom hardly wears it since she's afraid it will fall or easliy get missing.”
