“Horrible experience...!!!
I placed this order on 24th June, 2024 and still did not received the order yet. I ordered it as a surprise for my sister's birthday which was on 7th July. My surprise is ruined. Still haven't got the watch yet. No help from you guys or from the UPS.

“The worst experience ever! Order watch for my girlfriend birthday on June 25th. Never received shipping information anything. After 2 weeks contacted a customer service and was assured that watch will arrive soon and due transitioning of warehouse and the existing orders got affected in terms of shipment and delivery. After more then 3 weeks got an email that order is cancelled and please wait within 7-10 business days to credit back the amount to your account. What a terrible joke! Totally ruined my girlfriend birthday!!”
