“it was a gift to someone so I had to include the extra links provided to get it aptly fitted, The watch is not working and when we called the customer care they said that as we have included extra links it cant be replaced with a working product. as per them it can only be repaired. how horrible is that.
my question, changes done externally do not change the mechanics of the watch. then why cant a new watch be replaced.
