“Absolutely disappointed with your “brand”
I have been a customer for 2 years, I have watch and a bracelet, they are still in perfect condition after 2 years of use. Wanted to order ring in the same style to have the whole collection.
First, my ordered was delayed for almost 3 weeks. Right after order I got an email, they my order should be shipped in 1-2 business days. But until I reached out to customer service myself, nobody, not a on email, not customer service, not on your website, told m Ethan my prefer will be delayed due to warehouse issues.
Second, the customer service representative answering emails were rude, unprofessional and did nothing to solve the issue. I wanted to change the color off the ring, while it was still not shipped. Multiple email asking to change it to a different color, asking questions when the ordered will be shipped. I wasn’t given any information. I couldn’t cancel order while it was still in the warehouse because I could only cancel and return order when it was delivered. Very frustrating process.
Third, the ring arrived wrapped in some paper and plastic bag. No box, normal package, to make sure the item won’t be damaged during shipping. 2 years ago, my watch and bracelet were in a nice package, with complimentary gifts and accessories. Absolutely nothing.
Forth, the ring itself feels cheap. The material reminds of plastic, rather than metal.
I filled return. I need full return of my money to original payment method.
Worst experience!”
