Fit and finish is great.. I ended up using more adhesive to make them really fit nicely but honestly my prep work was probably the reason I needed more so I wouldn’t hold that against the product

THE DASHKIN FOR MY 2009 MUSTANG REALLY ADDED A NICE TOUCH TO MY CAR'S INTERIOR. THE ORIGINAL VINYL HAD PEELED OFF AND I HAD PATCHED IT UP WITH DUCT TAPE! NOT A GOOD LOOK! THE VIDEO INSTRUCTION WAS VERY HELPFUL, TOO. I WOULD RECOMMEND DASHKIN TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO "DRESS UP" YOUR VEHICLE'S INTERIOR.

My 2009 Mustang GT had the typical sagging vinyl inserts. I couldn't even think of attempting to do a vinyl or leather replacement job on my own. Purchased and installed the Dashskins and I'm very happy with the results. They fit very well and did "snap" into place in some areas of the insert perimeter. Even though I didn't hear a snap all over I felt they were securely in place. You'll need another tube of the RTV silicone so just get it before you start. I put a couple extra lines of the RTV in the middle of the larger upper sections of the inserts. I also removed the door panels from the car doors so I could do this in a flat/horizontal manner on my workbench. I really recommend doing that. Gravity will work in your favor as it pulls the RTV downward from the insert onto the panel surface below. I did have to gently clamp the lower door panel corners of the narrow edges with a woodworking clamp and a thin wood block to push the insert down, flush with the top surface of the door panel. Just enough clamp pressure to hold it flush. 24 hour cure time before putting the completed panels back on the doors. What a difference!
