“Install went well after dry fitting and trimming the APillar areas on both sides of the DashSkin for a snug fit. We used rolled up car wash towels next to the windshield to apply pressure and tape on the A pillars to prevent scratching when installing. We used weighted bags to hold the dash down and let it sit for a day before removing. The color is darker than the exposed airbag area that has been in the sun, but the texture is spot on. The only negative is the lingering vinegar smell from the adhesive.”
“I will admit I messed up!... I first ordered one of those copycat dash cover off of Amazon... BAD MISTAKE ON MY PART!.... The knock-off did not come with any adheisive only with double sided tape... it was flimsey and was already damaged. I SENT THAT CRAP BACK!.... I ordered from DashSkin, the delivery was quick, quality of this was way better. The fit was perfect for my 2013 Tahoe. Very easy to install. It looks marvilous! Goes to show, you get what you pay for!”
“The skin texture and color was perfect. I had been in the autobody business for many years and had mixed results with aftermarket items, but this item exceeded my expectations.”
“Fit perfect and looked factory in my 08 Avalanche. Note: I used corn hole bags where the windshield meets dash. Wedge them so they would apply a constant pressure while drying over night.”
“Truthfully, reading about it I didn't believe it. Ordered it, came in fast and secure from the time it was delivered until installed was about an hour. Perfect fit, perfect blending in. In the time since I installed it I had forgotten about the condition of the dashboard underneath it. Beautiful!”
