“My old 93 Silverado's fall was cracked and falling apart bad. I mean BAD! I pulled all the broken pieces back past the defrost leaving only the pieces that were still attached to something. I ordered this dash cover with hopes that I had enough plastic left to glue to.
I cleaned what I had left to silicone too and followed directions best I could. After letting dry for 24 hours I pulled all my shop manuals off and the cover seems solid and stayed down where I was worried it wouldn't stay(where it goes up to the windshield where I had no plastic left). I guess the silicone stuck to the rubber piece that was there.
I'm a happy camper! No more rattling over every bump I hope. The dash when seems more sturdy. Highly recommend this cover.”
