“I was pleasantly surprised by the fit and color match, especially since I considered the price to be concerningly low. The instructional video was extremely helpful, as was the clear instruction sheet in the box. I do have to say that the included single tube of RTV is not even close to enough for a dash cover of this size, especially when you have cracks to go over. I used two entire tubes, so on the product ordering page when they offer you an "optional" extra tube of RTV - believe me, it ain't optional. Select that box!
I used wax & grease remover from an auto paint supply section of the local parts store to scrub the old dash to remove silicones, oils, old Armor-All, etc. I installed this myself, but it would be easier with two people, as it's a little tricky to single-handedly keep from touching anything else with the RTV when you're trying to get it into place. I used some curtain spring rods and bags of dog food to keep pressure while it cured overnight (see pictures).
It's genuinely hard to see that it's a cover at a casual glance. It has maybe a touch more sheen than the original dash, but unless you were looking at them side-by-side, you might not see it. It improved the interior looks nicely, and it's much quieter as well, since the original dash was broken around the mounting screws (see pictures) and so kinda rattled around over bumps.
I've never used anything like this before, so I can't offer a head-to-head comparison with other products, but I can say that I'm very pleased with my choice and result. I suppose my only complaint is that in the pictures you can now see how much I need to clean the rest of my interior since the new dash shows up how dirty everything else is.”

Only thing I would add would be a extra tube of silicone, as the one tube barely makes it.
Perhaps an aerosol "cheese wiz" type can could be offered in the future to allow easier application of the silicone.
