“Received my order quick but it is incorrect I was sent the Euro model and I am unable to use. I have been trying for a week to contact customer service I have tried email calling only luck I have had is a partial response on Reddit DM maybe this will get someone to contact me and make it right.”
“Great charger, but before adding this, checkout NITECORE UMS2 and USM4 chargers which can support QC 3.0 (which can charge batteries 3x as fast as the original microUSB speed) and newer USB inputs. You are kind of stuck with this old school plug. Good charger but NITECORE can be a much better value and support 2 battery port versions if you don't need to charge four at once all the time (which you prob wont).”
