“This is a great avenue to maintain your device after the original warranty runs out. I love my Davinci Ascent and with the warranty they will repair it without me having to buy a new one.”
“I spent 50$ on the warranty, $30 on shipping, $20 on a new charger, and $35 on accessories. I should have received a new device as I have a deffective battery, but mine was fixed and sent back. Essentially I paid $135 to fix a device when I could've bought a new one for $100-$130.”
“Wouldnt recommend this warranty or davinci products. Bought extended warranty as my unit failed and was given as a gift. I do not have the original receipt and was unable to reach a customer service agent on the telephone and email seems to default to original warranty steps. Looks like I wasted my money buying this.”

“If u are like me and smoke a lot of shatters, budders, anthing where u have melting material this not for u. Trust me I think I an on my third. They just don't realize how close they were or maybe hopefully they are because I will say this it produced the nicest tasting vapors from my preferred choice of meds. bUT IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH YOU CLEAN IT IT WILL LEAD YOU DOWN A ROAD U DON'T WANT TO GO UNTIL HOPEFULLY FIGURE IT OUT AND NOT COME BACK AND SAY WE GOT IT RIGHT THIS TIME IT BETTER BE CHEAPER FOR THEIR I WON'T CALL THEM LIES BUT IT WAS CLOSe.
