“The IQ2 I purchased is 2 months old and already not working properly. The dosage meter stopped working, the draw meter stopped working, the LEDs are already going out, the pearl studs break off too easily. I have also tried to order their new Arctiq, but have been told, for whatever reason, and even after ordering the IQ2, that the Arctiq can't be shipped to my zip code. I'm not sure this is the company to work with. I would recommend a Pax, honestly.”
“I’ve had the IQ 2 for over a year. For the first half of the ownership it was used sparingly, after the second half it’s been used more often. The love the smooth experience it provides and it is pretty easy to clean. Da Vinci claims to provide a long warranty, but currently it is a dead weight for 2 months. Customers Service is slow to take care of the issue. Paid for a label to ship, after two weeks recieved it back only to have the same issue. Now they want it sent it again for another long wait. If I could wait, I would not buy something they can not fix and replace, save your money!”
“I was happy with the IQ2, but it developed a problem where it immediately thought every battery I put inside it was dead. I contacted customer support about this two weeks ago and was asked to send a video. After sending that, I have received no response. I attempted to follow up via email and received no response. So then I tried to tall at 12:30 central time, within business hours, and got a prerecorded message saying the office was closed.
Not sure if the company is having financial problems or what, but I'd recommend buying somewhere else. A 10-year warranty isn't worth anything if the company dodges responsibility and can't afford to keep its support office open during its stated business hours.”
“No consigo el manual en español.
Con el equipo vienen las instrucciones solo en inglés. Las indicaciones, código QR y acceso no responden.
Hay alguna forma de conseguirlo?”
“I've used the IQ2 for over a year and am very satisfied. I recently had a problem where the battery seemed to last only 2-3 sessions before I had to remove it and put it in the charger. Replacing the battery did not help. I finally realized that the best practice is to leave the battery in the IQ2 and plug the charger cable into the IQ2 overnight, rather than swapping the battery out to recharge it. Also, I found that when assembling the mouth piece after cleaning, it helps to put a small smear of lip balm on the outside and inside rim of the silicone gasket. That way it will easily slip back into the top door of the device.
Another thing of note is that I used to use a pod for just one session before cleaning and refilling, which for me was wasteful. The THC content these days is so high, 28%-30%, that I run a pod through once at heat setting 2, and for the next session reverse the same pod top-to-bottom and run it at setting 3 or 4. Works for me.
The IQ2 is top quality, in design and materials.”
