“Honestly, I wanted to like this
product. I love the dosage pods and the ease of use ;however, I have had nothing but problems with this device since I first opened it. Primarily the battery only lasts for about 20 minutes before turning itself off. The battery goes from full charge to about half in that amount of time. Then, once it gets to less than half charge the device shuts itself off. Because of this it also needs to be charged every day after 1 or 2 sessions. Ive done some research online and this seems to be a common problem with this device and the only solution being to buy a new battery and hope that works. Seems ridiculous that something as expensive as this device can have such poor performance and the only solution being pay more money and hope that fixes it.”

“Purchased an Divinci IQ on 12/2018. After the third problem the support team replaced it with the IQ2. I've always liked the finish on both models. My biggest complaint is cleaning. Takes a long time to properly clean. Love the feel in my hand. My original IQ would get too hot to hold even as an individual vaper. My P** 3 is much simpler to clean.”

“Great design and big improvement from the Ascent I purchased years ago but had parts that constantly needed replacement. This one isnt that way. I really appreciate the thoughtful design and ease of removing parts to easily clean. Having airflow adjustment makes for a nice customization. I dont use the app or other special features; just go with a fixed temperature. The included Hydrotube was a wonderful bonus; I like it very much. I am very happy with my decision to purchase it. Highly recommend.”
