“I hate to write bad reviews. Now I simply must.
DaVinci IQ2 has let me down after a couple of months of use. Main problem appears to be cleaning and poor design, so that parts don't sit well where they are supposed to. Lot's of hours spent with this good looking machine without a possibiloty to use it even. I have previous experience with PAX2 vaporizer and then Volcano Classic - both so much superior to this I have to say. In terms of usability, effortless cleaning AND quality/strength of vapor. Also PAX was cheaper too. Can't really justify where all these 5* reviews come from, are they paid to do so or do they lack experience with other products.
Whatever the case is, I simply have to cease using this expensive product after two months of use because of cleaning issues, no more airflow coming through. This is due to flaws in design so that tar will eventually clog the whole vapor channel no matter what you try to do with provided alcohol wipes. Maybe I should buy a bottle of ISO to soak the whole thing there.
Another issue is quality of build - the lid's magnet closing mechanism broke even without that much of use. Thankfully there are better and more straightforward products out there - I will go with PAX, which lasted for 4 years without a single issue, with better battery, better performance, smaller more discrete design, easier cleaning and lower price.”
“Bought one in January. Used it twice, the smart path with it's gimmick camera sound broke. Sent it to warranty. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard back.”
“This thing is awesome. been using this for almost a year daily and it is my go to. i have bongs , bowls , papers and i havent picked them up since i got this thing. i plan to buy another one soon because i travel. when i get out on the west coast i will buy a 3rd one . i live on the east coast and go to the beach so having 3 at all places i go i will be set. great job , thanks for this wonderful vapeorizer.”
