“This vape hasn't worked correctly since I took it out of the box. I have called the support line, left messages, filled out the support case multiple times and have never heard anything. It's basically a $300 paperweight, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!”
“So, my IQ2 died after about 2 weeks, so maybe about 8 uses or so. The battery appears to be charging and the battery indicator light lights up when it's plugged in, but I can't get it to turn on. Even when it was working, it was super convenient, but the app sucks and I could never quite get that burnt smell out of the unit.”
