“The vape is amazing. My issues are as follows: getting into precision mode is a bit difficult. Then when the device is in precision mode, the dial counts down. I press the up button and nothing happens. I can not change from the to Cbd mode. I can not power the device off without using the application or taking the battery out. My experience vaping it is no issue, I get zooted with no problem. It's more the technical things mentioned above. If there are any tips or tricks please let me know.”

“I'm very happy with the IQ2 and would replace it if I lost mine. I've found that the dual use carrying cans in the Micro accessory section can be used to hold 3 of the IQ2 stainless steel pods, including the pod case. Expensive at $14.95, but they just pull the whole kit together.”
“Bought this for my husband. It worked for a couple days and then just died. It won't turn on or even charge. Contacted customer service to be told that we would need to send it in. We also had to pay for shipping and contact them with tracking for the package and they would take a look at it. Just save your $300 and don't buy this.”
