“The vape initially worked great until I went to charge it. The charger was bent where it attaches to the vape. O immediately contacted customer service. Its been a couple months and I have not received a new charger not a response feom customer service. They dont answer the phone either. Better hope nothing goes wrong. What a waste of money.”
“I've been using this for over four months now. Heavily. The battery is still good, and charges quickly enough. I only vape bud, so wouldn't know about the other stuff. It vapes bud just fine. The replaceable battery clenched it for me. I've gone through more Airvapes over the past few years than I care to mention. So, if you're planning to vape the hell out of one, this may be the way to go.”

“After my awful experience with customer service from the first Davinci IQ, I will never buy another Davinci Vaporizer again. I LOVED that vaporizer. It worked well for a year. But then when I need a simple replacement part that appeared "out of stock" on their website, it took me literally weeks to get a hold of anyone via email, phone. And once I did their answer was "if you'd looked at out website, you'd have seen that they're out of stock", meaning they didn't read my email, they read the first sentence and responded without helping me. It took me three more weeks to get a human response that acknowledged they may never make replacement mouth pieces available even though they are still listed on the website. Davinci has rude customer service, they don't stand behind their products, and after convincing 3 of my friends to buy their vaporizer I feel like a sucker. Never again Davinci. You made amazing stuff once but you shouldn't make basic service and communication that painful.”
“Having owned the IQ1 for a few years I can safely say the IQ2 improves upon EVERYTHING that I didn't like about the original. Easier to clean, less hot in the hands, MORE vapor/clouds, and even better flavor. Definitely worth the upgrade :)”
