Immediately contacted customer support via email and phone. Sent videos and photos for evidence. Today, I received a warranty device. The device I received was damaged I did not damage it.”

After 2 weeks of charging with the, very outdated slow, usb micro port, it suddenly broke with a tiny force of falling over on a table whilst plugged in. Bottom hinge is not lose and only stays closed if held by palm whilst vaping, pearls break if you look at it wrong. Love the led read out and would recommend if it held up to daily use.”
