“It's perfect for when you don't want to inhale smoke and harm yourself. With this device you can stop smoking completely because now you are steaming aka vaporizing. The paint is partly peeling or scratching off sooner or later. Not all parts sit perfectly. The Lid didnt close perfectly on my first device. The 2 standard batteries dont fit in my second device and it wont turn on, production error? Cleaning the device after every session is highly recommended or else the device stays dirty. There are no cleaning tools included so I just blow it out. Quick charge is missing because if its not charged you will have to wait some while, which is super annoying. You can't use it with several people while you pass it through because of the batterie duration, apart from the fact that it shuts off when its too hot. But it's very cool that the buttons light up when you are drawing vaper. It is stupid that the app is blocked in the AppStore and that there is no alternative as far as I know. The hinges loosen easily. The device is general speaking not very sturdy so dont let it slip through your hands which happens actually quit easily in my opinion because if you do there is a high chance its going to break. The 10-year warranty is insane I already got a battery and a new DaVinci IQ2 replacement. Even though I didnt get the black device because I have had the blue one. But hey, I basically got a 250-euro device for free with another 10-year warranty on top of that. I contacted the marvelous support and they asked me for a video showing the problem. They immediately send me a new device and I didnt have to send them the device for repair. It looks premium and it feels like it. What you will love is that there are no plastic parts on the device except for the mouthpieces. Which brings me to my next point and thats the plastic pieces in which the mouthpieces sit in. It doesnt fit perfectly on my second device.. Always blow out the rest after your vaping session or else it stays dirty. Tools for cleaning are missing and not included. Despite all the teething troubles, it's the iPhone of the vaporizers. Looks very good and premium but never let it fall or it breaks like an iPhone. I hope the DaVinci IQ3 is already under development and no longer has all of these teething problems! If you herb but have a bad conscience becasue of smoking this is a must buy.”

After we talked about the problem and I sent a video to help me to show the problem ,they sent me a new IQ2! I cant tell much because its on the way to me, but I hope Its just as good as the old IQ or even better.

“I've used so many different vaporizers now and after buying the Davinci IQ2.... I haven't looked back. I used to love my Ghost for it's on demand, I guess that is the only thing I miss. But this is sleek, small and just so easy to use. So much less fidgety compared to other vapes that have some trick you need to learn to maximize usage. I don't need a Miqro, but I want it lol. I don't need dosage pods and everything but I want it all, just because I love these products so much. Well worth it! Also they ship super fast... :)”
“This is my 3rd Herb Vape tool. It is the best one so far. I am using homegrown, and it can be a tad harsh. This thing is so much better controlled in temperature and air flow that this home made stuff actually is good tasting. Easy to clean, and do clean it lots it does improve taste to have it fresh and clean. The only issue is trying to go back to smart path from a set temperature. I just did a reboot. Overall I would recommend this one, very well built. My old one shattered when dropped, this one is built very well and won't shatter. Do get extra batteries and a charger, it makes life much easier and saves tons of time. Never buy a vape tool without changeable batteries, like this one has! Enjoy!”
“I've owned one of these for a year. Over that time it stopped functioning correctly (hard to get started, shutting off when it reaches operating temp, and failing to shut off while superheating. Setting it down can easily turn it off. Sent in for warranty and although it turns on the airflow, even when fully restricted is huge making the vaporizer completely unusable. Bought the second one recently and it already shuts off when reaching operating temperature. I'm extremely disappointed”

“Apart from a few niggling app problems to start with due to android 10 it's been a pleasure to use! I'd been an avid Pax fan but when I read up on this I thought I'd try it.
Glad I did as flavor wise it's so much smoother and more flavorsome.
The cleaning process I find easier than cleaning the pax and I'm a bit ocd in keeping the oven clean so with its ceramic coating I'd say it sparked by the time I've finished!
Battery life could be better but as the battery is changeable so it's not a problem. All in all I'd say it's good value for money and with a 10 year guarantee you can't go wrong.”
