“Got my IQ2 on Christmas Eve. Im currently on quarantine with Covid 19. What a drag! This brought me joy despite being alone for the holidays. This is built so beautifully. All of the doors open with a nice glide. Feels amazing in my hand. It does heat up but the warmth feels good! Air flow valve, although plastic, glides easily and feels heavy duty. “I love that I can taste the flower but dont like the battery life. If I would of known this issue, I wouldn't of spent money to buy it. Wish it came with extra battery for the price you pay.”
“This is my first vaporizer. What I like about it, is that you can remove the battery. The design is pretty awesome; apart from the looks, you can tell, that a lot of work and thinking went into the whole design. Good job. It gets the user medicated in a way that is more than one can wish for, when buying a conduction vape.
What i do not like is telling people that the app is ready when it is not! After people including myself vented about this on social media, the company added the information about the app not being finished in the description above. The price is another aspect. Is it worth so much money? I don't know. Do I regret buying it? Certainly not!”

“TLDR it's an amazing device when it's on, but mine refuses to stay that way.
Upon arrival, mine only works for a few minutes before it vibrates and shuts off, despite being fully charged. I have to turn my device back on several times in one session before I can finish the bowl. On top of that, it only lasts for about two sessions. I was super excited to get this product because of all the tech and the good reviews, but I can't say I'm very happy. I would probably love it if it worked properly.”
“Quit working by second day! App they advertise that does oso much they admit never worked! Support always wants a short video when filing a claim but when sent they say they never get nor your reply to their emails? American company but Chinese manufacturers the iq2 and all their products. The first day I got it, the iq2 worked and so did the app. The app showed this iq2 had 6.5 hrs of use on it. So DaVinci sold me a used iq2. Turned out the battery inside was defective. I had to buy a battery localy. To this day DaVinci support has done nothing to remedy this. Beware, expensive Chinese junk..”
