“I recently became a medical cannabis patient. I tried gummies but only so much of those you can take. I tried rolling my own and I tried different pipes while researching vaporizers. After a month of research the IQ2 was it. I couldnt be happier with my choice. From the first session I have greatly appreciated my IQ2. The flavor from the flower is amazing. The input function to know my dosage is great. I really like the dosage pods. They make it easy to kelp the IQ2 clean and take backup flower on the go. I could go on and on about this unit. I would suggest new users of the IQ2 watch the DaVinci YouTube videos to learn the unit. Also play with different settings. Once you find your setting you will be extremely pleased.
My only complaint is how hot the unit gets per session. I wish there was a silicone cover to put on it.”

I purchased this partially based on the amazing features on their app. Currently the app is NOT available on Google play and it was disappointing. “I picked up an iq2 and a set of pods. Tried the pods for a bit and they help keep the unit clean and are great for on the go pre loading. However, my favorite set up is the built in bowl packed all the way, pearl as high as it can go, device on smart path 1! Amazing flavor, clean vapor, long lasting and discreet. “Have used an IQ for a few years. At first I thought it was a great vape but then it stopped charging. After jumping some hoops to return the IQ, DaVinci replaced it. Then after a short while the replacement started turning itself on (and to turn off, had to pull battery). Again, after jumping through their hoops, they repaired and returned my unit. Now it won't charge completely at a very inopportune moment - I recently had major surgery and am currently dealing with Covid in my household. DaVinci wants me to jump hoops again and as they already have all the details about me and the unit, they refuse to look up the details from their own files. So, to sum up - the IQ is a great vape when it works but when it doesn't dealing with customer service is onerous. They refuse to assist a customer who's recovering from surgery and disease. In addition, they refuse to provide and pay for the unit to be returned to them. I will not be purchasing from this company again and I'll be towing out my IQ.”
“Hello, I am here to share my experience with davinci, first of all I need to say that its a really good vaporizer, by far, the quality of the box, acessories, and device, its pretty much five stars, but unfortunetely i had some issues, with mine, the bottom door wasnt working, I sent to the warranty with the acessories, I asked to the oportunity of upgrade, and it was too expensive to upgrade, and the color that would like to change, was not available, until now, all good. I live in australia and it took almost 4 months to arrive, and it arrived in WRONG collor (different that I bought previously and different of the one that I would like to get) and worse, came with out ALL the acessories, I am pretty sad of that happened, I am still a davinci enthusiast, but I am disapointed of what have happened with me.”
