“I'm at my wits end with this one. I've been waiting almost a MONTH to use my vape. Ordered with 2 day shipping, it arrived 5 days later. Showed up without being able to turn on anything but the lights under the power and temperature buttons. Struggled with customer service until they had me pay to ship the IQ2 back to them for repairs, and I wait for almost two weeks. FINALLY, it shows back up, I unboxed it (only like 20 minutes ago), and it STILL has the exact same issue it was having when I got it the first time. I'm astounded that a company with supposedly so many fans could send out a faulty device. But then they send it out twice?! Unthinkable. I'm done with Davinci, and absolutely will be requesting my refund.”

In august I bought an IQ 2, I wasn't able to close it so it got very hot and I almost burn my hands. I spoke to them by email an as you can see in they response some of them may have a heating problem

This thing really takes a lot of work to get anything out of it. I purchased this to relieve stress, not add to it. Really just want my money back.”
“I love a lot of the features in the IQ2, but I am experiencing serious drawbacks with mine, which I purchased less than 2 weeks ago. The pearl broke off its mount during standard use. I also am having issues with the replacement batteries charging fully. I have left them to charge in an external charger for more than 24 hours, and they will not charge to more than 4/5 full. You may be thinking it's a problem with the charger, but I tried charging a replacement using the onboard charger in the unit, and it also won't take more than 4/5 charge. So, either three batteries are defective, or I have a bad readout on my unit. Either scenario is inconvenient. The app also doesn't function as the marketing media and user manual would have you believe. You can't customize dosing, for example, and there are other features missing. If I had a do-over, I would purchase a competitor's vaporizer. I hope that DaVinci can work out the problems that I've described above. If they can, this will be a stellar vape that's worth its price. Right now, it's underperforming.”
“The vape L.E.D lights didnt fully function as it does show as advertised. I also checked the temperature. It came out to 389 F when its actually set at 430 F I want an exchange”
