“Love the unit, works great, but I had a battery issue right out of the box; the battery would not charge. Removing and reinserting the battery several times seemed to do the trick. Worked for a week, then the same thing happened. Am waiting for a free battery from Davinci. hope it solves the problem.”
“The IQ2 is a good vape, but I can't give it 5 stars until they address the issue with the pearl. It's incredibly fragile. I used an IQ1 for almost a year without breaking the pearl stud, but my IQ2 broke off in less than 3 weeks. By all means, buy this vape, but make sure you buy spare pearls with it.”

“Yes I would buy this again, first one I owned, after trying pax 3 and others this hands down is the best I have tried. Flavor is there the multiple functions is awesome, I have yet to use the app nor do I think I will. Maybe when I am bored I might try the app, kinda wish they had some different cases for it though but not that much of a big deal, can't vape a case.”

Its performance is great, it doesn't take too much to reach the desired temperature and it vaporizes all the material so you don't waste it. I wish there was a tutorial to use the Davinci app. Please make it work, provide a DETAILED tutorial (longer than a minute) on how to use the app at its best.”
“A great-looking vape pipe worth the price, suitable for herb smokers getting into vaping for the first time. This device puts a tiny oven in your hands with a digital temp control and a dial carb to control vapor draw. Some things the instruction guide might add for new users: assemble and fully charge the device, then turn it on, set it to the highest temp (430) and let it go; repeat until the battery is fully discharged. This helps cook off any weird taste in the unused pipe. Also for new vapers, use the dosage pod to fill a 0.2 g load of shredded flower in the oven, and fill the flavor cannister with shredded flower as well. Use the dosage pod exclusively until you are very satisfied with the taste and understand the interplay of temperature, time, bake, and vapor draw. If you keep good flower in the flavor cannister for several sessions, it helps develop a very good taste. You will get the best hits of your life once you tune it, and then you can confidently expand the experience with bigger loads and different flavors. Highly recommended.”
“The product would be five star due to the thought that went into the design; however, I have had only problems with my IQ2. I have had it for a month and have already been required to open a service request for a replacement (which has been more of a burden and headache than necessary. Especially since the device was less than a month old when I first encountered problems). I would recommend the Pax 3 as my Pax 3 still works and when I have had to rely on Pax's customer service, they were friendly, helpful, and responsive (even during the pandemic). There are other companies that offer superior products for similarly priced devices.”
