“I really dont like it....and the reason is simple. I have not received ANY return phone call, mailbox is always full, and no reply by email. But, you want me to write a review...here it is! You also advertise that you can use an application by phone. Well, not in the US. You could have the decency of letting your consumer know this feature is NOT available here in the US on your advertisements online webpage. I would like to be refunded in full , but according to your policy you will NOT accept ANY returns unless we the consumer, has contacted your customer sevice. How can ANYONE get in contact if no one answers the phone or replies at least by email. Im sure at one time this was a great company, its a shame and Im sure you lost many customers including myself.”
“Hi. I have a pax 1 (Fat boy) two pax II's an arizer solo I (oG), and now a davinci iq2. First i must say, this device easily retires both pax II's. From the ease of use, to the smell proof case that came with mine, pax II even with a smell proof snuggy purchased from the local smoke shop doesnt compare. The pax 2 and its internal power button have gotten better but eventually still need to be serviced, and you have to go thru the irritating processes to get a new device. Ive been using my davinci iq2 for almost a month, and i dont think ill have a reason to send it in anytime soon. Its very similar. The davinci iq2 will heat up and be the same kind of hand warmer in the winter that the pax II was. So if u think the davinci iq2 gets "hot in your hands" its pretty much the same as pax. Overall i am super stoked to finally have one. I wanted to get the limited edition green when it came with the explorers pack and hat but i was broke back then lol. I am happy with my purple davinci iq2. it matches my iPhone case. The only real complaint i have about the device is the ball thingie came off the oven lid. Would love to be able to replace that.”
“This is the best vape I've ever used, got this over a pax because I like bong vaping and you could use extracts as well. Heating it up I couldn't believe how fast it heats taking my first hit the vapor was so smooth I could barely feel the smoke, and could actually taste distinct flavor which I've not been able to do before. It is very atheistic and easy to clean, the flavor chamber was a little tricky to remove though. The only downside is the price is quite the investment and you'd need couple spare batteries (got a few of amazon for around $18 and a quad charger for $25) after a session just under an hour the battery almost gave out. All in all best $300+ I've ever spent. Also would spend $20 just to open that pretty box again.”
“This unit was amazing when I first got it. It has been about a week now and the screen stops working after charging and I have to pull the battery to get the unit to turn back on. I already tried a new battery and it does the same thing. Pretty cruddy time for this to not work during quarantine as thats the whole reason I spent so much on it. Still havent heard back from support sadly. Its going to be extremely saddening if I need to already send this back and wait weeks for it to be fixed.”
“The battery that came with the device seems to only get through 2 use sessions on smart path 3, which is very annoying. The battery read out on the display will also show 2 or 3 dots right full of battery before it shuts off completely, whether this is the fault of the device battery meter or the battery itself. Either way, very frustrating to have such a nice and useful device that can only really be used twice before it must be left to charge for quite a while. At this price point, an external charger, additional batteries, or a more consistent included battery seems like a reasonable request.”
“If I use it for about 10 minutes, after a while, let's say 30 minutes, i click five time and it make 4 buzz and stop. it does not operate anymore. I have to wait a couple of hour before I can use it. Seems to work only when the vaporizer is cold, not hot like after-use.”
“I had never even heard of DaVinci vaporizers until the smoke shop I work at brought the MicroQ in. I had already tried a few vaporizers so I did a little research on DaVinci's site and took a chance on the iq2 which has a pretty hefty price tag for those on a budget. However after getting it it is totally worth every dime. The smart paths are well-constructed and you can change it to your liking through their app which is very easy to use. Holds a great amount of flour and I haven't even tried the wax part yet but I know it will be just as amazing as with the dry”
