“How much more can you ask of a product than to have it work as it is advertised to work. The presets are great. The vape is easy to use and easy to clean. I like using the extension better than vaping without it, strange feel on the mouth without the extension. Great guarantee as long as DaVinci backs it as they say they will. You can even replace the battery.”
“Works great. Pearl threads are rubber and broke off inside pearl. No replacement is available for purchase. I have reached out for help and receive a voicemail every time and have not received a call back. From reading forums online it appears they want you to ship back your IQ2 for repair which can take 10-14 days from arrival to repair and ship back out, putting you out of using your expensive vape for up to 3 weeks. If it wasn't for this faulty design, no option for self replacement, and nonresponsive customer service this would be a 5 star product. Unfortunately that does not appear to be the case.
Side Note: the app appears to not be updated for the IQ2, which is extremely confusing considering this is their top of the line product.”

“I had a hand held vape that was on it last legs. I previously had an earlier model by Davinci which was a very good unit itself. So I went with the IQ2. Well first inhale and my lips parted into a big shit eating grin. The flavor, was wonderful. Within seconds I was nicely baked and feeling no pain literally. 5 Stars”
“Seems to run a little bit cooler than the IQ.The pods makes it a lot cleaner and easy to set up dosage. To use with concentrate , take a pod put in some herb a grain of rice size concentrate , fill the Pod with more or herb and seal, Vape . I like the dosage concept, but needs the full on App to get the full value of the feature. Please hurry up, thank you.”
“I own an iPhone we all know how apple took a stance against vape apps! My Samsung tablet wont install google app I hear its not great anyway! I just want it Incase there are firmware updates Im missing but the pearl broke and twisted the silacone thread right off within hours of using and customer service just linked me to where to I could buy a replacement with no offer to replace it under warranty also the chrome shield under the mouthpiece has loosened on me on both iq2 and miqro great devices but need a few tweaks to make them ultimately better and work a little on the customer service pax was great and replaced a lot and no cost and I have to pay 7 plus shipping for a pearl maybe user error but come on the didnt take much force at all! And have had the miqro for two months now and that one didnt twist off but they have a thicker thread! I know I sound like Im complaining but really DaVinci has been by far the greatest quality portable vape on the market and would buy another or the upgrade in a heart beat just like to speak my mind I do enjoy this product!
