“This company places too much emphasis on visual appeal and not enough on functionality. The vape hits well, does it's basic job very well. However, the filling chamber is placed on the bottom of the device which means the entire inside of the device gets caked with dirty black resin as the vapor travels through. You have to use a q tip to clean inside and even then there are hard to reach places that are basically impossible to clean. Put the bowl on the top like the storz and bickel devices. It's not rocket science. Abandon your original design and just be smarter about it.”
“I bought the IQ2 for the dosage control since I use medicinally and like different doses for different times of the day. It heats quickly, the taste is clean, and hits better than any herb vape Ive tried. Unfortunately the app keeps having issues. After a few uses the app reverts to a white blank page and I have to uninstall it and reinstall to get it working again. I can control everything on the device, but the app is nice for the logs.”
“No other vaporizer on the market allows for tracking and control to this degree. I like to use cannabis medicinally and precise control is mandatory for desired effects. The quality of the vapor is excellent. I am even using strains I didn't use to use because they didn't mix well with me, but they are different in this vaporizer. Consistent clean vapor and precise dosage measuring are a God send, as I know what will help me and am not crossing my fingers to hope I get the right dosage and temperature. Thank you for this awesome product. I had trouble connecting it up when I got it, but I did a factory reset and deleted and redownloaded the connect browser and I have not had any problems since.”
