“Excellent design, compact but with air control on the inlet you can control vapor temp, ie., turn inlet flow down cools it off. I use it with and without the hydrotube. It is nice and compact with great flavor and compared to my mighty and solo2 its just clearly a better tasting and better temperature controllable vaporizer. Like the others, you need to clean these things and this ones vapor path is not as easy to get to for cleaning as the solo 2, but I dont use that solo or mighty any more. That says it all.”
“I purchased this product with high hopes based on the reviews. I have had this for 8 months and have not been able to properly use it. The lid will not stay closed. I reached out to customer service, sent the device back for repair and it came back with the same issues. What makes matters worse is, I bought a bunch of the accessories as well that I can't use. This product is way too expensive to not work, especially when it is supposed to have a decent warranty. I don't even want my money back... just a unit that works.”
“I love this product, and it's my daily driver, for the most part, I have bought the steel dosing pods and was loving it however the device started to ask weird. Sometimes I would hear a pop sound and then I would notice the product heat up more than usual (I have swapped batteries but sometimes I get a similar issue). The main issue is after a while (4 months) my airflow meter on the led stopped working I had to inhale extremely hard for the feature to activate, a couple of days after the feature stopped working altogether. Customer service through the zendesk ticket system has yet to respond to me. However, I managed to reach someone through calling ... This was much faster than through the ticket system. Overall this is a 5/5 product but I am putting in as a 2 because it stopped working as intended after only 4 months (i have cleaned it daily) so it should not have broken. Hopefully the RMA process is smooth”
