“Purchased an Divinci IQ on 12/2018. After the third problem the support team replaced it with the IQ2. I've always liked the finish on both models. My biggest complaint is cleaning. Takes a long time to properly clean. Love the feel in my hand. My original IQ would get too hot to hold even as an individual vaper. My P** 3 is much simpler to clean.”

“Great design and big improvement from the Ascent I purchased years ago but had parts that constantly needed replacement. This one isnt that way. I really appreciate the thoughtful design and ease of removing parts to easily clean. Having airflow adjustment makes for a nice customization. I dont use the app or other special features; just go with a fixed temperature. The included Hydrotube was a wonderful bonus; I like it very much. I am very happy with my decision to purchase it.
