“I really wanted to like this device. I just couldn't get a good draw out of it. I tried packing it tight, packing it loose, in between, with the capsules, without capsules, spacers, open all the way, closed etc. No matter what i did, it felt like trying to suck a thick shake through a cocktail straw.
Add, the flavor chamer is tough to take out, and the stupid metal trim around the flavor chamber came loose after just a few days of use.
It feels great in the hand and the idea of having a removable 18650 is a winner- actually a 21700 might be better but end of day, It just didn't work for me.
Fix the draw and i'll be back.”
“I just bought my iq2 and one day, i opened the bottom and the pearl fell off with and tore off the plastic part it was attached to. One week later, my power button stops working completely. I use it for medical reasons and I do not have a lot of money so i can't afford a new one. This is bad.”
“Bought an IQ2 and loved it, however, it broke within about a year. Customer service never responds, took forever to repaid then it came back in worse shape then when I sent it. I've been waiting weeks to get a new device - nobody seems to care - anytime I get someone I'm just told that they've been really busy with 420 sales. Wouldn't recommend anyone deals with them unless you jsut plan to replace when it brakes.”
