“Went to put hose on for its second use and the hose broke into pieces. Had to use pliers to get the rest of the hose out bc there was nothing to grab a hold of so now my davinci is slightly damaged. Tried to email about problem but no response.”
“I purchased this item to replace the broken unit that came with my davinci. This product quickly broke in the same manner, I would not purchase this again.”
“The straw was bought to replace the original one that tore when I tried to unscrew it. This replacement worked well at first. It was much cooler to draw through. However, when I tried to loosen it, the outside and then the inside tore. It was not put on real tight so I can only assume the materials are not up to snuff. I wish it could have lasted longer than a week considering the cost.”
“i purchased this with the expectations that it would be better than the standard straw that comes with the unit. I was not impressed. The straw was flopping all over the place and broke at the stem within a week of receiving same. One good thing of note, was due to the length of the straw. It allowed the vaper to cool prior to inhaling. Don't waste ur money in my opinion.”
