“I love the longer tube it gives the vapor a chance to cool off before entering your lungs. Only problem is within days of receiving it. It too came apart at connector like my original straw but after calling customer service they said they would replace it free of charge. Because of this I have absolutely no complaints. This company knows how to take care of its customers thank you again”
“Used it for 4 days before it started falling apart piece by piece. Tube was glued very poorly to metal. Called to request a replacement but was told accessories have no warranty despite having the product less than a week.”
“Love the product but it's cheaply made. I've had it maybe a few weeks now and it already broke. I am very careful with my vape accessories and take care of my stuff but the glue wore off and now I can't even use it. I'm upset that I have to buy yet another mouth piece but I guess I'll just have to order from somewhere else.”

“The metal piece that screws into the vaporizer separated from the mesh-covered plastic tube after just a couple days of light use. The short straw that came with my device is made of higher-quality material and I am disappointed to see that this is not the case with Da Vinci's accessories.
I've given it two stars instead of one because despite falling apart it continues to be usable, although awkward.”
“Would be a good product if the straw didn't break every time you tried to unscrew one. I've already had to buy multiple straws because of this design flaw. If you don't want to constantly spend money to keep your product working great I would suggest spending your money on a different vaporizer.”
