“I have no problems with my Da Vinci and the flex straw is great.
After vaping the good stuff for a while, the threads will get coated in the sticky residue of the vaped product and when the unit cools down, you will not be able to unscrew the flex straw for cleaning. If this happens to you, do NOT force it. Simply warm up the Da Vinci and you can unscrew the flex straw very easily. Clean the threads with some rubbing alcohol (both on the flex straw and within the unit itself), and you'll be good to go.

“For friends as well as myself I have purchased 5 DaVinci vaporizers, all about one year ago. My friends are not happy and no longer use this vaporizer. The vaporizer is actually excellent, the problem is the straw. Personally, I have gone through 12 straws in 12 months. At 14.95 per straw this is crazy. I have learned to never touch or bend the straw with my hand. I have also learned to remove the straw immediately after use or it becomes impossible to remove without breaking.
Even so, purchased new straws a month ago and have already broken one.”
