“I've been trying to get a hold of customer service and no response. This piece of glass is too expensive to just brush it off. There's been no response and the likelihood of this happening to you it's real. I wouldn't buy this, or really anything from Davinci until they sorry out their customer service. You might just end up with an expensive item and no way to get help if it shows up broken.”
“While using it, the water from the hydrotube went back to my vaporizer. I was careful, tried to have less water in it and made sure that I don't blow it back but still. I do not recommend this product.”
