“The product works great but I have been contacting Davinci for the past few weeks in an attempt to see when the Flavor Chamber would be back in stock with a consistent response of next week. The IQ worked well for 3/4ths of the year, then it wouldnt hold a charge and it would turn off with a slight bump to the device... during the month that it was away, I lost the small pieces that go to the machine. You need the flavor chamber (and other parts) to make it work well... starting to think its not worth it because of the terrible service... Been without my $200+ device for 3 months now....”
