“I have the Miqro-C and recently acquired the IQ3. They are both very well made. They are easy to load and clean as well as to operate. They provide very good vape at the lower end of their heat ranges but I was hoping to get high (heavy) vape production at the top temperatures/ranges. I opened a support ticket concerning this about a week ago but have yet to hear back from anyone. A bit disappointing after seeing others say they get good response from support?? Other than the high vape output issue at higher temps, these are well built, quality vapes.”
“The equipment continues to fail after a short time, but they are being responsible with the warranty, they respond quickly by sending the new equipment. The problem is the same in all the equipment, the coating of the gold hinge where the current passes wears out, this lowers the resistance of that part, it overheats and causes the typical failure, it is something so easy to fix, but they do not make that correction.”
“It does have a slight learning curve to acheive the best and enjoyable results.
It would be nice to have a better video on how to use it and the available accessaries.”
