“This company definitely stands behind their products, I purchased the original IQ, and immediately was blown away at the flavor. This device made cheap herb taste like the best stuff on earth. Fast Forward four years and I ended up with some issues that couldnt get resolved with two replacement units. Ashley went to bat for me , and Sent me a brand new IQC!!! This level of customer service is straight outta the 60s.
Before I knew Ashley was going to pull some major strings , I went to a local shop and purchased an Airizer Solo, this is a very good vaporizer, however The solo falls short in the following areas:
Taste, heat up time, isolated vapor path, exchangeable 18650 battery, Precise temp control +/- 1 degree, did I Say TASTE!, portability (the solo is HUGE) In fact the solo wins ONLY in ease of cleaning. So needless to say the Solo is on a shelf now all by itself collecting dust.”
“Never worked dependably 1st day directly out of the box . I've contacted customer support by phone and then filled out an online report. In have been contacted by email asking for info I've already supplied . They have my order # October 26th . I do not what a repair , I want and nee unit .”
“I had an older version, this ICQ is better in many ways. The only issue I have is how hot the case gets. I purchased a sleeve, knowing the unit gets hot to the touch a sleeve should be included.”
