“I've had my IQC for a little over a year when I had the oven door break. Customer support was excellent. They sent me the RMA after I sent a picture of the break. When my IQC was returned the door was fixed. The IQC itself is great - the temperature control, the pods to keep the oven clean and provide extra options, and the portability are all great. However, no product will last forever and Davinci stands behind their products which is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate buying from Davinci again.”
“Cannot figure out how to use it and the customer service will not respond to help me figure it out so thumbs down dont waste the money if you are a beginner!”
“Bonjour,
“Went from a PAX 3 to the IQC this is better in almost every way. Bigger chamber, bigger clouds, bigger battery, cooler vapor, onboard tool. Best all around!”
“I've had my IQC for a month now. It's my weekender device in that with its large chamber I can be out and about without needing to hassle with refilling. Seems very solid and feels great in my hand. Heats up to 350 F in 60 seconds and to 405 in 75 seconds. Davinci customer support -- they are responsive if you give them a few days -- told me my unit is working as expected. The company's advertised 30-second heat-up time is for an empty chamber. One star deducted for advertising a heat-up time based on an empty chamber. From what I think I'm finding (caveat that I'm new to vapes) other manufacturers advertise heat-up time ranges that reflect real-world usage.
For me, starting a session at 330 F gives little vapor, fantastic flavor, and good-enough effects. As the flavor dissipates, I step up the temp which results in more vapor and increased effects. Around 400 my throat starts getting irritated from the heat.
Quibble: The stir tool is located on the opposite end of the chamber that holds the herb. I get the tool is needed to remove the flavor chamber, but won't most people use the tool more frequently as a chamber stirrer?”
