“Strong and dark but the taste is also clean and elegant. EVEN, now that I'm getting off caffeine so I drink the 2nd press after my partner presses theirs and it STILL tastes great. We tried other strong and dark coffees before deciding this is the best. I've just ordered DC's unplugged so hopefully it's good too. I tried a dark decaf from another small roaster but it tasted funky and off.
