“Deako can improve their move-in package by alerting customers more clearly that the move-in package comes with one master smart dimmer and one remote smart dimmer, and then informing their customers what these are used for. This information was not clear to me when the move-in package was promoted. I learned about it after the move-in package was delivered. Otherwise, I love the plug-and-play style of smart switches. I’m having a lot of fun with my Deako move-in package. Thank you, Deako! Your customer support is awesome!”
