“I'm really enjoying the convenience of turning on/off the lights and dimming remotely. But what has really blown me away, is their tech support. I called for assistance in installing/syncing to the software. A real human answered the phone!!! I didn't have to spend wasted time fighting a voice menu to get to a human being. Their tech support is superb! Pierce, the tech that assisted me, not only walked me through the install/sync set up, but also assisted me in getting the light wallplate off the wall. He created a video on how to use "the credit card hack" and emailed it to me. And, followed up with a phone call a short while later to be sure I was able to get the wall plate off and get the second light installed and synced. I am simply amazed at their customer service!!!”
“Couldn't be more disappointed. After spending $800+ to add dimmers and some smart switches, the switches arrived mostly damaged. I have one switch out of 8 that works properly (two I have not tried yet). One of my dimmers turns on and off randomly -- even in the middle of the night. The others are uninstalled. At this point I would warn anyone thinking about using these switches to look elsewhere.”
