I talked with my colleagues and it looks like they did some troubleshooting with you and sent some replacement Smart Switches, as well as those Motion Sensors that weren't included in the original shipment!

“I was sold on Deako before my products ever showed up. I retrod the install myself, and have replaced MOST of my "dummy" switches with some sort of deako smart switch. It has been a blast setting it up, assigning the rooms, linking the multiways, etc. And now, when I tell alexa "Alexa, I'm going to bed" every light in the house turns off. Or, "alexa something is outside" turns every exterior light on. Great product! Couldn't be happier!”
