“Love having the option to dim my lights. Very easy to install. Love Deako Switches. A little disappointed because the dimming is inconsistant from swith to switch. Had to try the switches in different locations to get the most dimming where I really needed it. Ordered 2 and Deako sent me one replacement switch, for a total of 3. 2 of the 3 dimmers only dimmed slightly.”
“We had over 30 switches installed in our home and love it. Easy to control with your phone. This review is for the simple dimmer. Unfortunately there was a short inside the switch so did not work great. Spoke to sales representative and just like that had a new switch. Very easy to take out and install. Less than a minute everything was working as it should. I really liked that they wanted the old switch back to figure out what went wrong. Produce and service are what makes this company great!”
