“This my second time ordering from deako and my complaint is that after I order I get an email that tells me about an off I could of took advantage of. The first time I contacts customer service and it was less then steller but in the end they worked with me to get current promo. So here I am again placing an order and next day or two here comes an offer for the month I purchased and it's not given and don't feel I need to police there offers. So I will most likely be done ordering from them. Products seem good and dependable but need a class on customer efficiency.”
“Tried 2 Motion detectors and both stopped working minutes after installation. Timer unit would not work in my 3 ganged switch box that was builder installed.”
“I bought this not over a mos ago know but after couple of week it quit working.I put in the original switch and I did not work.It is hard to get help to get it fixed.Will return all the sensor light if this issue will not fixed.”
“Purchased two switches. One works fine; the other is inconsistent but not sure yet if it is the switch or the operator. Need to follow the directions and not "use" the switch for a minute or two after installation.”
